Innovation Diffusion: A proposal
Managing Change and Innovation
The project is about analyzing an innovation that combines a vending machine with fresh milk-making technology and an advertising screen. The adoption factors and characteristics of potential customers are examined, with a focus on targeting innovators, early adopters, and the early and late majority. Opinion leaders, such as the sharks who invested in the product, are also identified as potential influencers in the diffusion of innovation.

Project Management
The American University in Dubai is ranked highly for its diversity and the passage proposes utilizing this diversity to create a supportive environment for students. A website is chosen as a project that is online-based, globally accessible, and sustainable. The objectives of the website are to provide support and guidance for students, increase knowledge and awareness, and be a resource that was missing before. In this project, my team mates and I successfully participated in AUD events Including a fundraiser for breast cancer research and patient.

The importance of social well-being and its effect in the workplace
Human Resource Management
This paper explores ways to improve social well-being in the hospitality industry workplace through workshops. Secondary research from credible sources is combined with primary research from a workshop held at Media One Hotel. The workshop aimed to promote teamwork and interaction among staff from different departments and was successful according to the survey results. The paper highlights the importance of a collaborative, fun, and friendly work environment in enhancing employee well-being and motivation.

The struggle of finding a parking spot close to the main gate in AUD
Business Research
This research paper discusses the parking problem at American University of Dubai, its causes and effects, and possible solutions. Data was collected through student interviews and a survey. The research also reviews methods used by other institutions to address their parking issues.

Change in organizations post covid-19
Organization Behavior
This research aims to understand the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on organizations and assess whether the changes observed will become permanent features. The pandemic accelerated trends such as remote work, employee empowerment, and non-hierarchical structures. The research recognizes the need for change and highlights the importance of agile teams and collaborative cultures. However, the recentness of these changes means that clear results are limited.
